If you have read the novella Top Bottom Switch, then you have met Ret and Alese. But then again you get so much more with this Alpha PI story.
Ret, now working at Alpha Investigations, he gets a case to go looking for a missing person. When he comes out of his hotel room, his Dad, Bear is standing there to help him find the missing girl. When Ret finds the girl, she is being held captive and it hits Ret in all the wrong ways and all he wants to do is remove her from the house and keep her safe.
Nya thought she was in a safe relationship. But the man she ended up with changed almost as soon as she moved into his home. He pushed her limits, kept food and water from her and just controlled her any way he could. When Ret showed up and rescued her, she didn't want anyone to touch her and surely didn't want to return to her parents. Because her parents would only try to have her committed for her choices.
Ret offers to talk to Alese about letting Nya stay with them until she is ready to return to her own life. When Alese meets Nya, they become best friends and this makes Ret happy because both women deserve to have the other as a friend. While Ret and Alese have been in a relationship for years, they both invite Nya into their bed and into their hearts. It is the best thing for all three.
This is an awesome story that is full of heart, passion and love and will take you on an emotional roller coaster ride. Just hang on and enjoy the ride and please read the deleted chapters after the story ends, you will not be disappointed.
**Chelle, I am so glad you didn't take this story in the direction you were going in the beginning, this ending was so much better, can't wait for more Alpha PI.

Chelle, how do you write what you do how you do it!? It’s so perfect, it’s beautiful and makes me envious. Ret, Alese, and Nya’s story is by far my most favorite story I’ve read this year. I just finished and I’m ready to go back and read it again because these three are so perfect together. I love how everything came together and the love they have!? Im green with envy over here, it’s beautiful. Can you give me more of these three please!? Chelle you’re a queen! Renita you rule the world! Lol thank you!!!
More than Menage! It is a Love story. It's a Hot as Hell Crime Drama. It's a great addition to the AlFA PI series.
I love the ALFA Investigations Series! I love the action, mystery, romance and the laughs. Guilty Sin is a lot of fun & lots of laughs. It's touching and EROTIC as HELL! Scorching!
Ret, who is Bear's son (OMG be prepared for Bear and his witticism I couldn't stop laughing) has to go on a case in which he saves Nya. After being rescued Nya is not very trusting so Ret takes her in to stay with him and Alese where quickly she bonds with them and a strong friendship forms.
**CONFESSION TIME** I love Ret and Alese. Love their HAE. When I learned that Guilty Sin had a menage that involves them. I was taken back. I felt like this was going to tarnish their love story. I mean how can Alese allow someone else to touch Ret or vice versa. I couldn't think of Ret giving his heart to someone else when he's devoted to Alese. Well, Thank You, Chelle Bliss, because I love Ret and Alese more now and I really love their relationship with Nya. You managed to still make Ret and Alese loyal and loving to one another while welcoming Nya. I never felt it was wrong or damaging to their relationship. I will tell you that it was HOT! Fanning yourself HOT! Toes curling HOT!
Don't be Discouraged! Guilty Sin is More than Menage! Guilty Sin is a great sexy must read!
Having read Top Bottom Switch, which quickly became a favorite of mine from Chelle Bliss, I was thrilled we'd get more from Ret and Alese. This time around in Guilty Sin, with Ret and his ALFA crew invested in saving girls from trafficking, Ret finds that one particular rescue might just add a bit more spice to his and Alese's relationship.

I always love a good M/F/M book. Especially with a couple so in tune with their feelings and their sexual appetites, adding Nya to Ret and Alese's Dom/sub relationship seemed like a natural progression. And the scenes, both early on when Nya was still a bit skittish but very turned on, and then when she wanted to be a full-fledged participant were very sexy. She seemed to fit in with their lifestyle quite easily. But that's where I had a bit of an issue. She became close to Alese almost too quickly and although I love that Alese is so comfortable in her own skin and knows her love with Ret is unbreakable, the chemistry just wasn't there for me. Nya was almost too mousy and I get that her past with her parents and the despicable Diego made her a bit hesitant, but to me she simply wasn't needed. Ret and Alese are an explosive duo enough on their own and I don't think they are the couple who needed a 3rd.

In addition, the author very kindly added deleted scenes in which she had wanted the story to go in a completely different direction. Upon reading those scenes, I realized I would have wanted that new direction and how Ret's and Alese's and Nya's lives would have been vastly different. I think the author should have taken the chance despite advice from one of her beta readers that her fans would have gone ballistic. I personally love when an author 'bucks' the system so to speak and writes something that causes us to want to throw our e-reader! I think the story would have been leagues more powerful instead of just an ok menage with the usual HEA.

A good read for the most part, if you like menage, then give this one a go. I do enjoy this author's work and will continue to give her books a chance.
