This is book 2 in the series and is Brandon and Penny's story. It's a standalone, but to me personally, I think you'd have a better feel of the characters if you read Filthy Desire first which is Matthew and Ella's story.

After being together for a while, Penny leaves Brandon. He's her Dominant but she doesn't believe he'll be able to provide her the pain her body needs and craves. Brandon is crushed and has a difficult time moving forward while Penny finds a new master to give her pain. A couple of weeks later there's a terrible accident which brings Brandon and Penny back together. Finally they realize that they're willing to work as a couple to reach a compromise so each of them will be fulfilled and they can be happy together.

I was so mad at Penny. She suffers remorse and guilt for her decision, but honestly I had a hard time forgiving her. Brandon is perfect. He adores her and loves her dearly. I realize why Penny felt she had to leave, but that doesn't mean I liked it. Nate and Bianca are more involved in this book, so I'm wondering if their story will be the next release, Carnal Desire. Or will it be our bartender Dylan and Daisy the new single mom.

Overall I enjoyed this story and I liked it being told from Brandon's POV exclusively. It was great to see Ella and Matthew again and see how their relationship was progressing. I intend to read the next book when it's released.

This book to me is more than just a dominant man and his submissive women. To me this book is about a man who is crazy in love with a woman who needs what he can't give her and he is willing to go to hell and back to give her what she needs and desires. It is a love story with a different twist! Brandon Edwards is extremely passionate and I want him. He cares so deeply for the people in this life and he will stop at nothing to keep them safe.
Penny is a woman that has a dark side and Brandon is the perfect person for her. They balance each other out and it is simply perfect. My heart broke for Penny in this book and I can honestly say that I can feel her pain.
Is this book about Brandon and Penny, yes. BUT we get to meet Daisy and Jackson and have to say that those characters are now my two favorite. The way that Brandon comes in and takes charges is incredible and I loved every second of it.
Sebastian EX is an amazing author! This man will suck you in with every word he writes. I guarantee! I love his books and I can't wait to read many more! I have to be honest here....yes I do stalk his Facebook page but really who wouldn't. Right?!
All jokes aside...I love this book and I love and want Brandon and I blame Sebastian EX for making me leave Mathew sitting on the side lines. So now...I am completely interested in wanting to get to know Nathan more. Hint...Hint!
He's back....and better than his debut novel! This is the second book in the Onyx Club series.Dangerous Desire picks up soon after Matthew and Ella were married. This time we have Brandon and Penny's story. Brandon and Penny have a great relationship until she wants more, more of what Brandon cannot and will not give her. So what is a girl to do? She seeks out more and thus the trouble begins. How will the new character Daisy get involved? Will Penny find her more? Will Brandon ever be able to give Penny more? This novel was unbelievably good and full of raw emotion. I laughed, I cried and felt like it was playing out in real life. You feel like these characters are in your life. The men, Matthew, Brandon, and Nathan will keep you in stitches. A true friendship in full effect. This book is a true testament to the phenomenal author Sebastian is proving himself to be. I love a good book that gets me emotionally involved. If he only gets better with each book....who knows what book #3 will bring. Wishing you continued success with your writing Sebastian!
This is book two in the Onyx Club Series. In this story we get a deeper glimpse into Brandon and Penny’s relationship. We met these characters in book one. Brandon is a Dominant and but was never interested in commitment until Penny came along. Penny has a need and craving for something that Brandon can’t and won’t give her. She needs pain! Her need for pain leaves her and Brandon at a crossroads in their relationship. Will these two be able to overcome the desires Penny has? Will her needs destroy her and their relationship?

Book two in this series did not disappoint at all. Sebastian Ex is a very talented author who is able to grab you with his words and storyline. One thing is for certain, the man can write. This story drew me in and I fell in love with Brandon. I thought after reading book one, Matthew would be the guy in the series and the others would be lacking. This couldn’t be farther from the truth. I loved Brandon and discovered he was just as perfect, if not more so then Matthew. He was a gentleman, a protector, and all of the alpha male I needed. What I most loved about Brandon’s character was his ability to admit when he could not give something to his submissive. It is not easy to admit a shortcoming and he does which endeared him to me even more. Penny is an interesting character for me. I could not relate to her needs and desires which made it hard to connect with her at first. After I got over that I was rooting for her to find her happiness in whatever form that came.

Beyond the characters and storyline, there are some steamy and sexy sex scenes. They are HOT!!! I can’t wait to see what is next from Sebastian. I imagine with each book, they will get better and better. Sebastian is an author I will always one click and know I won’t be disappointed. I would recommend his book to anyone and happily give it five stars.
